Holidays

Locations
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio serves close to six million citizens in the northern 40 counties of the State of Ohio, with court locations in Akron, Canton, Cleveland, Toledo, and Youngstown.
All offices are open to the public Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Methods of Payment
All CM/ECF transactions that require a payment shall be paid online through the pay.gov program on the same day that the transaction is docketed. Over-the-counter payments may be made with a credit card or with a cashier's check, certified check, or money order made payable to "Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court." We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A debtor's personal check or credit card shall not be accepted. Only money orders will be accepted from a second party filing on behalf of the debtor. Cash payments are no longer accepted and are not permitted via U.S. Mail.
