The judges have selected Teresa D. Underwood as the new Clerk of Court for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio effective January 1, 2017.  Ms. Underwood joined the court as a Supervisor in 2003.  She was promoted to the position of Deputy Clerk-in-Charge in 2004, and to her current position of Chief Deputy Clerk in 2013.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration from Cleveland State University.  She replaces Kenneth J. Hirz who will be retiring effective December 31, 2016.
