The judges have selected Josiah Sell as the new Clerk of Court of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Mr. Sell joined the court as a Case Administrator in August of 2001 and has been progressively promoted since that time. Most recently he has served as the Acting Clerk of Court and for several years was Deputy Clerk in Charge of the Cleveland office. Mr. Sell has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Studies and a Master of Public Administration, both from Kent State University.
