The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio, at Toledo, will host a meeting on Monday November 6, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. in Courtroom No. 2 (Judge Whipple's courtroom) at the courthouse at 1716 Spielbusch Avenue, Toledo, OH 43604. The primary purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the required national Chapter 13 Form Plan and related rules and procedures that will be effective on December 1, 2017. All lawyers and interested staff or other persons are encouraged to attend, and to raise any other topics about court procedures. Attendees are welcome to bring their lunch to eat during the meeting.
