Prior to participating in CM/ECF training conducted by the United States Bankruptcy Court, external users are required to:

• Possess basic personal computer skills, including a working knowledge of the Internet, browser usage, e-mail usage, and scanning.
• Complete the United States Bankruptcy Court Web-Based Tutorial, which is located on the Electronic Case Filing link of the Court's web page at https://www.ohnb.uscourts.gov.
