Beginning on Friday, February 1, 2019, the court is implementing the Electronic Proof of Claim (ePOC) web-based program which allows all filers to file a Proof of Claim, Amended Proof of Claim, Withdrawal of Claim, and Supplement to a Claim directly through the court’s web site.  A login and password is not required to use ePOC.  Parties not represented by an attorney and registered CM/ECF users and filers may use this program.  Access to the ePOC program will be found on the home page of the court’s web site under the ECF and Case Info link.
